Management Training Academy (MTA)

The Management Training Academy (MTA) is an eight-week program designed to help participants build essential management skills to strengthen team performance, productivity, and engagement. The program uses a blended learning approach that combines live in-person and virtual seminars, interactive exercises, educational videos, and online coursework.

Program Details

• The program is open to current and aspiring managers.
• The academy will be primarily virtual, with three in-person sessions for added flexibility.
• One cohort will meet from 9 to 11 a.m.
• Completion of MTA remains a prerequisite for Leadership Pathways and Coaching Essentials.
• The program helps participants develop a strong foundation for leading teams effectively.
