Adaptations

For students transitioning from the old Diplomatura in Optics and Optometry to the new Grado in Optics and Optometry, a table of adaptation has been proposed. This table outlines the recognition of credits from the old plan to the new plan, ensuring a smooth transition for affected students.

Recognition and Transfer of Credits

The University of Alicante has a policy for the recognition and transfer of credits, which applies to students who have completed studies in other official programs, either within the university or in other institutions. The recognition of credits is based on the adequacy between the knowledge associated with the subjects and/or assignments taken by the student and those foreseen in the study plan.

Recognition of Credits Obtained in Official Studies

Credits obtained in official studies can be recognized, taking into account the adaptation between the knowledge associated with the subjects and/or assignments taken by the student and those foreseen in the study plan.

Recognition of Experience Laboral and/or Professional

The experience laboral and professional accredited can also be recognized in the form of credits that compute to the effects of the obtaining of an official title, provided that they confer, at least, the 75% of the competences of the subjects for which it is wanted to obtain the recognition of credits.
