Program Overview
Introduction to the Expert Course in Public Procurement
The Expert Course in Public Procurement, now in its 4th edition, is the result of a deliberate commitment by the Department of Legal Studies of the State of the University of Alicante, the University School of Labor Relations of Elda, and the City Council of Elda to address a crucial training aspect of great importance today, derived from the increasingly complex reality of public procurement. The need, observed in both Public Administrations and the business world related to them, and in the legal operators who intervene in the contracting procedures, has led the University of Alicante to offer this specialized training, which aims to provide theoretical-practical training that society demands.
Objectives and Evaluation Systems
The objective of the title is to provide specific training, characteristic of personnel specialized in public procurement, with the aim that, upon completing the course, the student will know in detail and depth the applicable legal regime and the practical application of the acquired knowledge. It has a fundamentally practical dimension and aims for empirical knowledge of this subject.
It is aimed at University Graduates and legal operators interested in public procurement. Graduates, graduates, and public officials.
The evaluation system is continuous. Students carry out the activities proposed by the teachers in each of the subjects. The exercises will be practical in nature, with the presentation of assumptions and some theoretical-practical tests.
