Requisitos de Acceso
To access the official master's teachings, it is necessary to:
- Be in possession of an official Spanish university degree or another degree issued by a higher education institution in the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) that enables access to master's studies in the country where the degree was issued.
- Be in possession of a foreign higher education degree that has been homologated to a degree that allows access to the requested studies.
- Be in possession of a university degree obtained in a university or higher education center in countries outside the EHEA, without the need for prior homologation of their studies.
Acreditaciµn B2 de Espaþol para la Admisiµn
As a prior requirement, linguistic accreditation of a B2 level of Spanish is established. This accreditation will not be necessary for those who prove nationality of states where Spanish is an official language.
Criterios de Admisiµn
The admission criteria will be based on the possession of a degree in History, Archeology, or Heritage, preferably, or related fields such as Humanities, History of Art, Anthropology, Conservation and Restoration, Fine Arts, Architecture, Cultural Management, Tourism, or equivalent degrees.
Criterios de Valoraciµn
In case of higher demand than the offer of places for the master's program, the Academic Commission of the Master's program will establish an ordered list of applicants according to the score obtained after applying the following evaluation criteria, with a maximum score of 20 points:
- Degree in History, Archeology, or Heritage: 3 points.
- Other related degrees: 1 point.
- Academic certification: average grade of the transcript up to 10 points.
- Curriculum: up to 4 points.
- Participation in academic activities related to archeology or the management of historical-archeological heritage: up to 2 points.
- Experience in actions on archeology or the management of historical-archeological heritage: up to 2 points.
Preinscripciµn y MatrÚcula
Preinscripciµn
Those interested in taking a master's program at the UA must submit a pre-enrollment application within the established deadlines. Pre-enrollment is done exclusively through UACloud, completing the available form.
MatrÚcula
After the publication of the definitive lists of admitted applications, an email will be sent to the admitted students with a password to enroll through UACloud within the established deadlines and conditions.

Reconocimiento y Transferencia de CrÕditos
The Universidad de Alicante has a regulation on recognition and transfer of credits in official studies. The recognition of credits will be carried out according to the established rules, taking into account the adequacy between the knowledge associated with the subjects and/or assignments taken by the student and those foreseen in the study plan.
Reconocimiento de CrÕditos
Recognition is understood as the acceptance by a university of credits obtained in official teachings, which are computed in other distinct teachings for the purpose of obtaining an official title.
Transferencia de CrÕditos
Transfer of credits is understood as the inclusion in the student's transcript and official academic documents of the total credits obtained in previous official studies, which did not lead to the obtaining of an official title.
Reconocimiento de CrÕditos en las Enseþanzas de MÃster
The Academic Commission of the Master's program may recognize credits from official studies taken at this or other universities, provided they are related to the master's degree in which the credits are to be recognized.
Reconocimiento de Experiencia Laboral y/o Profesional
The recognized professional or work experience may also be recognized in the form of credits that count towards obtaining an official title, provided they confer at least 75% of the competencies of the subjects for which the credit recognition is sought.
