Master's Degree in Nutrition and Food

  • EVALUATION OF INTERVENTION PROGRAMS IN COMMUNITY NUTRITION (3 ECTS)
  • PROGRESS IN COLLECTIVE RESTORATION (3 ECTS)
  • PUBLIC NUTRITION, SPORTS AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY (3 ECTS)
  • CLINICAL NUTRITIONAL CARE NEEDS (3 ECTS)
  • NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT IN SPECIAL SITUATIONS (3 ECTS)

Specialty 2: Food Sciences

This specialization focuses on the scientific aspects of food and nutrition. The curriculum includes the following courses:


  • QUALITATIVE FOOD ANALYSIS (3 ECTS)
  • QUANTITATIVE FOOD ANALYSIS (3 ECTS)
  • ADVANCED TECHNIQUES IN FOOD MICROBIOLOGY (3 ECTS)
  • POST-HARVEST CONSERVATION AND PLANT NUTRITION (3 ECTS)
  • LABORATORY OF CHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF FOODS AND CHEMOMETRIC ANALYSIS (5 ECTS)
  • FOOD BIOTECHNOLOGY (5 ECTS)
  • MICROBIOLOGY OF FOOD PREPARATION AND CONSERVATION (5 ECTS)
