Specific Program: Specialist in Desalination and Reuse of Water

Objective

The objective of this program is to provide professionals with the scientific and technical training necessary to address problems related to desalination and water reuse.


Target Audience

This course is aimed at young university graduates who wish to acquire specific training in desalination and reuse, as well as professionals from public and private companies who want to acquire, complete, or update their training in the complex interdisciplinary field related to the integral water cycle.


Modalities

The course has an online modality for all theoretical content, complemented by a face-to-face period for visiting desalination plants, treatment plants, and reuse systems.


Admission Criteria

To access this title, students must be in possession of an official higher education degree. The student who has obtained a title of Expert or Expert from the University of Alicante may also access this title of specialist.


Tuition Fees

The price of the registration is 2,400 euros, which is paid in three equal installments of 800 euros each.


Competencies

Students will acquire a series of general and specific competencies, including:

Financial Aid

Two grants of 1,200 euros each will be awarded for every 10 students enrolled in the course. The criteria for awarding these grants are specified in the call published in the BOUA.
