The Temel Eitici Yeterlilikleri Eitimi (TEYE) program is designed to enhance the teaching skills of academic staff at Hacettepe University. The target audience for the TEYE program is newly appointed or prospective academic staff members at Hacettepe University.

The TEYE program consists of four courses, each focusing on a specific aspect of teaching and learning:

Program Delivery and Evaluation

The TEYE program will be delivered in an asynchronous format through the program's website. The evaluation process will focus on both the process and the outcome, considering participants' performance throughout the program and their final assessments.
