Program Overview

The Expertise Basic Training program is a theoretical and practical training program aimed at providing the necessary knowledge and skills for expertise in the field of law.

Program Objectives

The program aims to provide theoretical and practical knowledge on:

• Turkish judicial system
• Basic rights and principles of trial law (Basic Rights and Principles of Trial Law)
• Basic concepts of evidence law (Basic Concepts of Evidence Law)
• Definition, Qualifications, and Authorities of an Expert
• Responsibilities and Ethical Principles of an Expert
• Supervision and Responsibility of an Expert
• Application for expert examination (Application for Expert Examination)
• Assignment of an Expert
• Conducting expert examination (Conducting Expert Examination)
• Presentation of the expert's vote and opinion (Presentation of Expert Opinion)
• Delivery and evaluation of the expert report (Submission and Evaluation of Expert Report)
• Introduction to UYAP Expert Information System and UYAP Expert Portal
• Application training (Practical Training)

Program Requirements

• Persons who meet the conditions set out in Article 38 titled Application and admission conditions for expertise of the Expertise Regulation, which was prepared in accordance with the Expertise Law No. 6754 and entered into force by being published in the Official Gazette No. 30143 dated 03/08/2017, can apply for training.

Program Capacity

• 24 (twenty-four) people

Certification

• At the end of the program, participants who complete the attendance requirement will be given a participation certificate signed by the Director of Hacettepe University Lifelong Learning Center.

• TR ID photocopy
• Expertise Basic Training Registration Form
• Document Showing the Applicant's At least 5 Years of Seniority in the Relevant Field
• Fee payment document
