2026/1. GRUP KONKORDATO KOMSERL TEMEL ETM PROGRAMI

Program Overview

The 2026/1. GRUP KONKORDATO KOMSERL TEMEL ETM PROGRAMI is a 36-hour theoretical education program aimed at providing participants with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge to perform the duties of a concordat commissioner.

• Education Location: Hacettepe University Faculty of Law
• Education Date and Duration: January 17-18, 2026, and January 24-25, 2026, from 10:00 to 19:00

• Program Objective: To provide participants with the theoretical and practical knowledge required to perform the duties of a concordat commissioner, including the general principles of execution and bankruptcy law, concordat legislation, and the responsibilities and powers of a concordat commissioner.
• Program Content: The program will cover topics such as the general principles of execution and bankruptcy law, concordat legislation, the responsibilities and powers of a concordat commissioner, and the analysis of financial reports.

Admission Criteria

• Turkish citizenship
• Full capacity
• Graduation from a four-year university or equivalent
• At least five years of professional experience
• Not having been declared bankrupt
• Not having been removed from the profession due to negligence
• Not being subject to any legal or disciplinary action

Certificate

Participants who complete the program will receive a certificate of participation from the Hacettepe University Lifelong Learning Center.
