KONKORDATO KOMSERL TEMEL ETM PROGRAMI

The KONKORDATO KOMSERL TEMEL ETM PROGRAMI is a comprehensive program that aims to provide participants with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge to perform their duties as concordat commissioners. The program covers topics such as:

• cra ve iflas hukukunun genel ilkeleri (General Principles of Execution and Bankruptcy Law)
• Konkordato mevzuat (Concordat Legislation)
• Komiserin tamas gereken nitelikler (Qualifications Required for Commissioners)
• Komiserin görevi, yetkisi, yükümlülükleri ile hukuki ve cezai sorumluluu (Duties, Authorities, and Responsibilities of Commissioners, as well as their Legal and Criminal Liability)
• Konkordato projesi (Concordat Project)
• Alacakllar kurulu ve görevleri (Creditors' Committee and its Duties)
• letme yönetimi (Business Management)
• Finansal raporlarn analizi (Financial Report Analysis)
• letmelerde kriz yönetimi (Crisis Management in Businesses)
• Rapor yazm usul ve teknii (Report Writing Methods and Techniques)

The program is 36 hours long and is held at the Hacettepe University Law Faculty. Participants who complete the program will receive a participation certificate.

Admission Criteria

To participate in the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Türk vatanda olmak (Be a Turkish citizen)
• Tam ehliyetli olmak (Have full capacity)
• En az dört yllk lisans eitimi veren fakültelerden veya bunlara denklii Yükseköretim Kurulu tarafndan kabul edilen yurtiçindeki veya yurtdndaki öretim kurumlarndan mezun olmak (Graduate from a four-year university or equivalent)
• Be yldan az olmamak üzere mesleki tecrübeye sahip bulunmak (Have at least five years of professional experience)
• flas etmemi olmak (Not have gone bankrupt)
• Son üç yl içinde görevin gerektirdii özen yükümlülüüne uymadndan dolay komiserlik görevine son verilmemi olmak (Not have been removed from the commissioner's duty due to negligence in the last three years)
• Disiplin yönünden meslekten veya memuriyetten çkarlmam olmak (Not have been expelled from the profession or public service due to disciplinary reasons)
• Sanat icrasndan veya mesleki faaliyetten yasakl bulunmamak (Not be banned from practicing art or professional activities)
• Kamu hizmetinden yasakl olmamak (Not be banned from public service)
• Fiilen yürütmekte olduu mesleinin ilgili mevzuatnda, komiserlii yürütmesine engel bir hüküm bulunmamak (Not have any obstacles to performing the commissioner's duty according to the relevant legislation of their profession)
• 26/9/2004 tarihli ve 5237 sayl Türk Ceza Kanununun 53 üncü maddesinde belirtilen süreler geçmi olsa bile; kasten ilenen bir suçtan dolay bir yldan fazla süreyle hapis cezasna ya da affa uram olsa bile devletin güvenliine kar suçlar, Anayasal düzene ve bu düzenin ileyiine kar suçlar ile zimmet, irtikâp, rüvet, hrszlk, dolandrclk, sahtecilik, güveni kötüye kullanma, hileli iflas, ihaleye fesat kartrma, edimin ifasna fesat kartrma, suçtan kaynaklanan malvarl deerlerini aklama veya kaçakçlk, gerçee aykr bilirkiilik veya tercümanlk yapma, yalan tanklk ve yalan yere yemin suçlarndan mahkűm olmamak (Not have been convicted of any intentional crimes, including those against national security, constitutional order, and public services, as well as crimes such as embezzlement, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, and perjury)

Tuition Fee

The tuition fee for the program is 3,750.00.

Education Location

The program will be held at the Hacettepe University Law Faculty.

Education Date and Duration

The program will take place from November 4 to 7, 2023, between 10:00 and 19:00.

Certificate

Participants who complete the program will receive a participation certificate signed by the Director of the Hacettepe University Lifelong Learning Center.

Quota

The program has a quota of 35 participants.

Application

To apply for the program, participants must register on the Hacettepe University Lifelong Learning Center website and upload the required documents, including a copy of their ID, payment receipt, and document showing their professional experience.
