  2. Have completed and passed VG1 and VG2 in a vocational subject at the upper secondary level
  3. Have real competence, which means being at least 18 years old and having at least 5 years of full-time work experience or education above the primary level
  4. Have general study competence

Course Structure

The course is a full-time program that runs for one year. The course consists of the following subjects:


  • Mathematics: 408 hours
  • Physics: 245 hours
  • Norwegian: 218 hours
  • English: 109 hours
  • Technology and society: 109 hours
