The Civil Service Digital Transformation Program is designed to empower civil servants with digital skills and AI technologies. This program recognizes the changing work landscape in the public sector, where routine tasks are being replaced by strategic roles that require critical thinking, technological adaptability, and high digital communication skills.

AI-Driven Intelligence for Administrators

This 2-day program is specially designed to equip administrators with the necessary skills to thrive in the era of artificial intelligence. The program focuses on AI-driven intelligence, aiming to improve the efficiency of corporate communication, information management, and document preparation through AI.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the training, participants are expected to be able to:

• Master AI tool skills, especially ChatGPT, in daily tasks
• Improve the efficiency of corporate communication, information management, and document preparation through AI
• Enhance critical thinking and problem-solving skills in real work situations
