Program Overview
Introduction to the Euro-Asian MBA-MSC Programme ## Euro-Asian MBA-MSC Programme is an exciting partnership designed in collaboration between Graduate School of Business, Universiti Sains Malaysia and Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow. The programme aims to provide students with a rigorous and comprehensive general management curriculum from the perspectives of South East Asian and European academics and practitioners. Apart from that, there are 15 scholarships on offer to students from ASEAN, with certain criteria to be met.
Programme Structure
The MBA-MSc (Double Degree) programme is a two-years degree with the first year studying MBA at Graduate School of Business, USM. In the second year, students will have the opportunity to travel to Glasgow to study one of the three MSc programmes on offer:
- Corporate Governance & Accountability
- Environment & Sustainability Development
- International Strategic Marketing at Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow.
Admission Requirements
MBA
- A Bachelor's degree from a university recognised by the USM's Senate or an equivalent qualification:
- A minimum CGPA of 2.75/4.00 or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year working experience; or
- A minimum CGPA of 3.50/4.00 or equivalent (without working experience)
- English Language Requirements (Applicable for both Malaysian and International applicants)
- International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic module (not General Training)
- 6.5 with 2 sub-tests at 6.5 and 2 sub-tests at 6.0.
- Tests must have been taken within 2 years 5 months of start date. Applicants must meet the overall and subtest requirements using a single test.
