Malaysian Neonatal Resuscitation Program (MyNRP) Instructor Course

The Paediatric Department of Hospital Pakar Universiti Sains Malaysia (HPUSM) conducted a MyNRP Instructor Course. The course aimed to develop certified NRP instructors equipped with updated knowledge and essential skills to train and educate future medical practitioners in neonatal resuscitation.


  • The course commenced with a multiple-choice assessment based on the NRP 8th Edition.
  • Insightful lectures were delivered by Dr. Farohah Che Mat Zain and Associate Professor Dr. Noraida Ramli.
  • Hands-on practical sessions focused on performance and integrated skills.
  • The program concluded with an informative session by Dr. Farohah on Course Organization, Maintaining Active Instructor Status, and Recertification of Providers.
