The Shanghai University GCMBA program offers three specialized training directions: Specialized, Refinement, and New (Specialized) MBA, Science and Technology Innovation Enterprise MBA, and First-Class Enterprise MBA (only open to non-full-time students).

- Course content includes digital marketing foundations, SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, brand positioning and communication, consumer behavior analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

- Course content covers supply chain strategic planning, network design, inventory management, procurement and decision-making, pricing, and risk management and sustainable development.
- Compensation and Performance Management: This course aims to design reasonable compensation and performance systems, combining enterprise strategic objectives with digital tools to motivate employees and enhance overall enterprise performance.
- Course content includes compensation structure and strategy, performance appraisal, employee benefits, performance feedback and improvement, and the use of information technology and data analysis tools for intelligent compensation management and performance monitoring.
- Cost Control and Budget Management: This course aims to improve cost management efficiency and accuracy, driving enterprises' sustainable financial development and achieving financial objectives.
- Course content includes cost classification and analysis, budget compilation processes, cost control methods, performance evaluation, and cost management information systems, as well as the use of digital tools such as ERP systems, financial shared services, and big data analysis.
