Advanced Marketing Research Course
This course is designed to teach the principles and rules of marketing research with the aim of executing marketing research projects in practice. It covers the design of research, questionnaire design, and data collection, as well as data analysis and the use of artificial intelligence tools in marketing research.
Objectives of the Course
Individuals participating in this course will:
- Become familiar with the complexities and key points that must be observed in a marketing research project.
- Learn about the errors that occur in marketing research projects.
- Be able to supervise the quality of performance of contractors or marketing research teams.
- Gain a proper understanding of the time required for marketing research.
- Learn to design professional questionnaires.
- Become familiar with marketing research methods aimed at pricing and understand the strengths and weaknesses of each.
- Learn to conduct a marketing research project from start to finish (including problem definition, questionnaire design, and data analysis) for pricing, market segmentation, new product/service design, and customer satisfaction and loyalty measurement.
- Learn to use artificial intelligence tools for the cost-effective execution of the exploratory phase of marketing research and to accelerate the questionnaire design stage.
- Learn data analysis in the form of Tabulation, which is used in more than 90% of marketing research projects.

Instructors
The course is taught by experienced instructors, including Shirin Aslani, with a background in industrial engineering from Sharif University of Technology, and Mehran Afshar, with a Ph.D. in business and experience as a CEO and managing director in several companies.
