Program Overview


Psychology, BA

The major in psychology consists of a total of 38 credit hours divided as follows: three required courses (11 credit hours); four courses from each of four content areas (Developmental; Diversity and Inclusion; Personal Processes; Social Processes) (12 credit hours); two courses from the Neurocognitive Foundations content area (6 credit hours); and three elective psychology courses, two of which must be upper-division (9 credit hours).
