The Energetyka jdrowa program is a postgraduate studies course that provides students with knowledge about nuclear reactor technology and the preparation and implementation of the construction and operation process of nuclear power plants.

Program Details

• The program consists of 190 hours of lectures, project exercises, and laboratory classes.
• It is designed for graduates of technical universities (MSc Eng) and physics graduates (MSc in physics).
• The program is taught in Polish.
• The tuition fee for the program is 6,700 z.
• The program lasts for 2 semestries.
• The program is offered by the Wydzia Mechaniczny Energetyki i Lotnictwa (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Power Engineering) in Warsaw.

Admission Criteria

• The program is open to graduates of technical universities (MSc Eng) and physics graduates (MSc in physics).
• The minimum number of participants is 40, and the maximum number is 60.
• Admission is based on the order of applications.

Program Outcomes

• Upon completion of the program, students will have knowledge about nuclear reactor technology and the preparation and implementation of the construction and operation process of nuclear power plants.
• The program provides students with the opportunity to learn from renowned specialists from abroad and gain practical experience through classes on the MARIA reactor.
