The Power Skills for IT Leaders program is designed for IT managers with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a team of individuals working in the technology or IT project management field. The program aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to create an effective team development plan, enabling them to build long-term team engagement.

Power skills are essential competencies for every leader, particularly in the challenging technology industry. The program focuses on developing skills such as collaboration, relationship-building, and effective management of efficiency. Participants will learn how to apply these power skills in practice, navigating the complexities of the business world, ambitious strategies, and dynamic changes.
