Program Overview

The program in question is focused on project management, offering a comprehensive curriculum that covers classical project management methodologies such as Prince2 and PMBoK, as well as Agile project management techniques. The goal of the program is to prepare participants for the role of project manager.

Admission Criteria

  • The program is open to individuals who have completed higher education (first or second degree, including bachelor's, master's, or equivalent).
  • Admission is based on the order of applications received.

Curriculum

The program includes a wide range of topics necessary for effective project management, such as:


  • Classical project management methodologies (Prince2, PMBoK)
  • Agile project management
  • Building business cases
  • Risk management
  • Project office management (Project Management Office)
  • Soft skills (facilitation, team leadership, motivation, negotiation, conflict resolution, effective meeting management)
  • Hard skills (stakeholder analysis, risk analysis, scheduling, budget management, project planning using the product definition method)

Certifications

The program prepares students for certifications such as Prince2 Foundation (in the first semester) and Agile PM Foundation (in the second semester).


Outcome

Upon completion of the program, participants receive a personal certificate of competence in the area of facilitation.
