Program Description

This program is designed to supplement the technical knowledge of construction engineers with the qualifications necessary to run a business in the investment and construction market. The program covers topics such as management of a construction company, economics in construction, business law in investment and construction activities, organization and management, marketing, human resource management, financial management in construction business, risk management in investment projects, construction service tenders, negotiating and concluding contracts, preparing construction implementation processes, controlling the construction implementation process, and workplace safety in construction.

Admission Criteria

Admission is based on the recruitment of candidates with higher education (graduates of first- and second-degree studies in construction or related fields), according to the order of submission of a complete set of original application documents to the Secretariat of Studies.

Post-Graduation

Graduates of the program will receive a diploma of completion of postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology and a certificate of completion of studies issued by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Polish Association of Construction Managers (PSMB).
