The program focuses on the development of rural areas, covering aspects of spatial management and real estate. It aims to provide students with comprehensive knowledge on the complex processes of rural development, their interrelations, and the role of humans in modifying these relationships.

Program Details

• The program offers in-depth knowledge on rural development, enabling students to apply modern methods of comprehensive spatial shaping and geodetic arrangement of these areas, acquisition of land, and real estate management.
• Students learn how to rationally shape rural space, considering legal, financial, institutional, and social aspects.
• The program also teaches students how to utilize acquired knowledge and skills to describe and analyze typical phenomena and problems related to rural development.
