Program Overview


Introduction to the Aeronautical Engineering International Summer School

The Aeronautical Engineering International Summer School is a program offered by the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering, focusing on presenting interesting aspects and research in the aviation domain. During the summer school, participants will gain basic knowledge about aerodynamics, UAVs, materials, and additive manufacturing.


Program Details

The summer school will feature lectures and laboratories led by experienced staff, utilizing advanced infrastructure and facilities. The program is scheduled to take place from June 19th to June 30th, 2023.


Target Group and Eligibility

The target group for the summer school consists of 80 foreign students from around the world, with 40 students for each school. The program is open to students from the 1st, 2nd cycle, and PhD students. To be eligible, students must have completed at least 4 semesters (120 ECTS) of first-cycle studies (undergraduate studies) or 4 semesters (120 ECTS) of long-cycle studies, or be pursuing second-cycle studies (postgraduate studies). PhD students are also accepted, provided their background fits the school's requirements.


English Language Requirement

Participants must have an English language level of at least B2.


Scholarships

A scholarship of 4170,50 PLN is available for participants who will take part in the blended-learning summer school, aimed at reimbursing travel, accommodation, and food costs.

Admission Criteria

To apply, students must meet the eligibility requirements, including:

  • PhD students with a fitting background
