Program Overview
The Enhancing Sustainable Communication, Professional Competences & AI program is an innovative course realized in the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) format, organized by the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) in cooperation with the Technical University of Berlin (TUB) and the Warsaw University of Technology (WUT).
Program Description
The program covers topics related to:
- Sustainable development and its five dimensions (People, Planet, Prosperity, Partnership, Peace)
- Communication and intercultural competences
- Application of artificial intelligence in science and academic work
- Project work in international student teams
Participants will take part in a series of online workshops and on-site classes in Valencia. The course will be taught by lecturers from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, the Technical University of Berlin, the Warsaw University of Technology, and associated partners from the Kyiv Polytechnic and Lviv Polytechnic from Ukraine.
Program Schedule
- February 18 - March 6, 2026 (online - MS Teams)
- March 9 - 13, 2026 (on-site classes - Valencia)
- April 2026 (teamwork online and portfolio presentation)
Eligibility Criteria
To apply, candidates must:
- Be students who have completed at least one year of engineering studies (B.Sc)
- Have a good command of English (minimum B2 level)
- Have a basic knowledge of Spanish (minimum A2 level)
Benefits for Participants
Upon completing the course, participants will:
- Receive a certificate (3 ECTS)
- Develop their communication and academic competences
- Gain experience in project work in a multicultural environment
- Learn the basics of responsible use of AI tools
Costs
Participation in the program is free of charge. However, each WUT student must obtain the dean's consent and submit a completed application form to the WUT Erasmus+ office before applying for the course.
