Program Overview
Introduction to the Warsaw Academy of Young Leaders
The Warsaw Academy of Young Leaders is a program designed for individuals between 13 and 26 years old who are active in their communities and wish to develop their leadership skills. The program aims to provide participants with the tools and knowledge necessary to become more effective leaders and to make a positive impact in their communities.
Program Details
- The program consists of several components, including:
- A introductory-integrational workshop (10-12 April 2026)
- Four workshop sessions in Warsaw (15 May 2026, 16 May 2026, 12 June 2026, and 13 June 2026)
- A leadership training retreat (4-6 September 2026)
- A concluding conference (7 December 2026)
- The program is designed to help participants develop their leadership skills, build relationships with other young leaders, and learn how to effectively engage their communities.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the program, applicants must:
- Be between 13 and 26 years old
- Be active in their community
- Have experience in social activism, volunteering, or leadership roles
- Be willing to develop their leadership skills and make a positive impact in their community
Application Process
- The application process consists of two stages:
- Online application form (29 January - 22 February 2026)
- Online interview (9-13 March 2026)
- A list of selected participants will be published on the program's website on 24 March 2026.

Funding
The program is co-financed by the City of Warsaw and is part of the city's youth policy implementation.
