Program Overview
Erasmus Programme
The Erasmus Programme at the Faculty of Civil Engineering offers students the opportunity to study abroad at one of its many partner universities.
For Incoming Foreign Students
Incoming foreign students can study with the Faculty of Civil Engineering through the Erasmus Programme. The faculty offers a range of courses in English, and students can choose from various subjects taught in English.
- BSc Courses: Available for winter and summer semesters.
- MSc Courses: Also available, with a list of subjects taught in English.
Winter Semester
The winter semester starts at the beginning of October and runs until the end of January. Exams for the winter session are taken in February.

- Course Offer: The full list of subjects taught in English at the Faculty of Civil Engineering for BSc and MSc students is available.
Summer Semester
The summer semester starts in February after the winter exams' session and runs until the middle of June. Summer semester exams must be completed until the end of June.
- Sample Timetables: Available for BSc semesters 2, 4, and 6.
- Course Offer: Similar to the winter semester, with a range of courses in English.
Nomination and Application
To participate in the Erasmus+ programme, students must be officially nominated by their home university and then apply through the online system.
- Deadlines for Nomination:
- Fall (1st) semester / whole academic year: April 30th
- Spring (2nd) semester: October 31st
- Deadlines for Application:
- Fall (1st) semester/ whole academic year: May 6-June 7
- Spring (2nd) semester: November 2-30
Required Documents
Students must complete the Learning Agreement in the IRK system or send a scan by email.
- Learning Agreement: Must be accepted and signed by the home coordinator.
Academic Calendar
- Winter/Fall semester: Starts at the beginning of October and runs until the end of January.
- Summer/Spring semester: Starts in February after the winter exams' session and runs until the middle of June.
Registration for Courses
Students can register for courses at different faculties, but some classes may be elective or related to specializations that will be selected by regular students.
Dormitories
Information about dormitories is available for incoming students.
Foreign Language Courses
Exchange students can choose Polish or English language courses for 2 (30 hours) or 4 (60 hours) ECTS.
What to Do After Arrival
After arriving in Warsaw, students should:
- Check timetables on the faculty website.
- Start attending classes included in their Learning Agreement.
- Attend the Organizational Meeting for necessary information.
- Wait for instructions about payment for the student card and receive it.
What the Faculty Does for Students
After arrival, the faculty:
- Registers students in the academic USOS system.
- Orders and prints Student Cards.
- Registers students for classes based on their Learning Agreement.
For Outgoing CEF WUT Students
Outgoing students can participate in the Erasmus+ programme for studies or placements.
- Types of Mobility:
- Study mobility (SMS) for 3 to 12 months.
- Placement mobility (SMT) for 2 to 12 months.
