• learn how to direct the rider (rational thinking) by finding bright spots, scripting the critical moves and pointing to the destination.
• learn how to motivate the elephant (emotional thinking) by finding the feeling, shrinking the change, and growing their people.
• learn how to shape the path by tweaking the environment, building habits, and rally the followers.
