ERASMUS+ Study Mobility for Students for a Semester Program

The ERASMUS+ program offers study mobility for students for a semester. The deadline for submission is January 19, 2026.

The following faculties have available host institutes for the 2026/27 academic year:

Equivalence Table

The University's Student Union (EHK) has compiled a list of subjects for which course recognition was successful in the previous academic year. The list includes subjects from the following faculties:

Application Phases

Applications can be submitted in two phases:

• Phase 1: Fall 2025, deadline: January 19, 2026
• Phase 2: Spring 2026, announcement planned for May 2026

Obligatory Attachments to the Application

The following documents are required for the application:

• Neptun Request No. 764 filled out (available from November 15)
• Europass CV in Hungarian and the language of instruction of the selected institution
• Preliminary study plan (a separate document is required for each selected institution)
• Additional documents
• No cover letter is required; an empty Word document should be uploaded instead

The exact grant amount will be calculated using the ERASMUS+ central calculator, and it may vary depending on the project that supports the mobility. The decision on which project to support the mobility is made by the institution.
