Program Objective

The objective of the program is to assist asset valuers in completing evaluation assignments related to machines, equipment, and facilities.

Program Curriculum

• Laws and regulations related to machine, equipment, and facility evaluation
• Specific aspects of machine, equipment, and facility valuation
• Value forms, factors increasing and decreasing value
• Problems and proposed solutions
• Case studies with concrete solutions, depending on current events

Target Audience

The target audience for the program is real estate valuation professionals.

Admission Requirements

The recommended requirement for participation is experience in real estate valuation. Knowledge of building engineering and/or energy is not required but is considered an advantage.

Program Format and Method

The program is an online, group-based training course. It includes discussions of case studies, examples, and solutions.

Certificate of Completion

Upon completing the program, participants receive a certificate.

Course Materials

The course materials include educational aids and professional materials compiled by the instructor.

Technical Requirements for Online Education

The online education system used is Adobe Connect. The technical requirements for using this system include:

• Internet access with a minimum speed of 5Mbps/2Mbps
• A fixed or mobile device (PC, workstation, laptop, tablet, smartphone)
• Operating systems: Windows, MacOs, iOS, Android, Linux
• A functioning microphone and speaker device; a headset is preferred to avoid feedback
• Occasionally, a webcam may be used, but this is not required
• The Adobe Connect application (available for Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android) or an internet browser (on Linux, only through a browser); the access link will be provided by the Institute

e-Learning Framework

The technical requirements for the e-learning framework include:

• Internet access with a minimum speed of 2Mbps/1Mbps for accessing course materials
• Preferably stable, wired (LAN) internet for exams; mobile internet is not recommended due to potential data usage and costs
• A fixed or mobile device (PC, workstation, laptop, tablet, smartphone)
• Operating systems: Windows, MacOs, Linux, iOS, Android
• An internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc.)
• Access to the Moodle platform will be provided by the Institute, including a link, password, and username.

Program Schedule

The program starts on April 17, 2026. The application deadline is April 1, 2026. The program consists of 8 hours and costs 39,000 Ft (net) + 27% VAT, resulting in a total of 49,530 Ft (gross).
