Purpose of Training

The purpose of the Organizational and Business Trainer Training is to train trainers who are able to support individual and group development in an organizational environment, as well as the operational efficiency of the entire organization. The training provides systematic knowledge and practical experience at the same time. An important goal is to improve the quality of trainer congruence and to provide useful psychological knowledge supporting the training process.

During the training, the participants acquire professional competencies that will enable them to support the performance, career, professional and personal development of the organizations' managers and employees, and help them achieve their individual and organizational goals. The field of activity of the organizational and business trainer is the world of organizations and work, where he helps to increase group efficiency, organizational development, and the solution of workplace bottlenecks.

To whom we recommend the Organizational and Business Trainer Training

Training is an applied psychology field aimed at promoting the development, performance and development of group learning, groups and organizations, which combines scientifically based psychological theories and methods with the practice of professional and ethical training, all based on psychological foundations. We recommend the training to those colleagues with an MA (or traditional university) degree and at least 2 years of organizational experience who want to work with mentally healthy people, in a goal- and result-oriented way, helping to develop the resources available in the groups, developing, and conducting non-healing activities.

Training Information

• Training sessions: on Fridays and Saturdays, once or twice a month.
