2026 Spring Semester Graduate School Specialized Course (Research Ethics and Research Management) Registration Guidelines

Course Information

• Course Name: Research Ethics and Research Management (RD)
• Target Students: Graduate students (Master's and Doctoral programs) who are scheduled to take the "Research Paper" course
• Note: This course is a required graduation requirement for students who have not taken it in their Master's program. However, students who have taken this course in their Master's program are exempt from taking it in their Doctoral program.

Course Details

• Credit Hours: 8 hours
• Evaluation Method: S/U evaluation without credit points
• Note: Only students who attend 100% of the online lectures will be considered to have completed the course.
• Teaching Method: Online (PLATO) video lectures

Course Schedule

• Course Period: March 19th to June 19th

Class Composition

• The course will be divided into four classes: two classes for humanities, social sciences, and arts, and two classes for natural sciences.
• Students are recommended to choose a class based on their major.

Registration Method

• Students must register for the course through the student support system.
• The registration process involves selecting the course and class, and then clicking the "Quick Registration" button to confirm registration.

Registration Period

• First registration period for current graduate students: February 9th (Monday) 08:00 to February 11th (Wednesday) 17:00
• Second registration period for current graduate students: February 19th (Thursday) 10:00 to February 20th (Friday) 17:00
• First registration period for new students (including transfer students): February 12th (Thursday) 10:00 to February 13th (Friday) 17:00
• Second registration period for new students (including transfer students): February 19th (Thursday) 10:00 to February 20th (Friday) 17:00
• Registration period for completed students: March 3rd (Tuesday) to March 13th (Friday)

Additional Information

• Department administrators should check the list of students who have not taken the "Research Ethics and Research Management" course and guide them to register for the course.
• Departments should notify students of the course guidelines to prevent any disadvantages to the students.
