Program Overview
Introduction to the Human City Changwon Youth Video Crew Shutter 2nd Program
The Human City Changwon Youth Video Crew Shutter 2nd program is a project where participants can create a web drama under the guidance of a film director within two months.
Program Details
- Duration: September 13th (Saturday) to November 1st (Saturday)
- Time: Weekends, 14:00 - 17:00
- Location: Various educational facilities in Changwon (including Sponge Park and Gyeongsangnam-do Citizen Media Center)
- Benefits: Equipment rental, certificate of completion, and awards for outstanding works
Faculty
- Lecturers: Director Choi Jung-min (CEO of Cinema Cat Pictures), Director Yang Chan-seok (invited to the Montreal International Film Festival), and Han Seok-tae (Director of the Munhwa Cultural Research Institute), among others
Application and Eligibility
- Application Method: Individual or team applications through a Google Form (submission deadline: September 18th)
- Eligibility:
- Young adults residing in Changwon
- Those who can participate in at least 80% of the 10 scheduled events
- Individuals with video production experience or a strong willingness to learn
- Number of Recruits: Up to 20 people (team applications allowed, with a maximum of 7 members per team)

- September 13th (Saturday): Orientation and basics of drama
- September 20th (Saturday): Cultural lecture on Changwon
- September 21st (Sunday): Location-based film lecture
- September 27th (Saturday): Screenplay
- September 28th (Sunday): Storyboard and direction
- October 4th (Saturday): Filming and rehearsal 1
- October 11th (Saturday): Filming and rehearsal 2
- October 12th (Sunday): Editing
- October 25th (Saturday): Master editing
- November 1st (Saturday): Closing ceremony and screening

Meaning of "Shutter"
"Shutter" refers to both the camera's shutter and the person who captures the scene (shot + er).
