The Medicinska Biokemija i Laboratorijska Medicina (Medical Biochemistry and Laboratory Medicine) specialist study is designed for medical biochemists and other professionals in biomedical sciences. It aims to provide advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in medical biochemistry and laboratory medicine.

• Leader: Prof. dr. sc. J霩sef Petrik, Department of Medical Biochemistry and Hematology.
• The study covers various aspects, including laboratory immunology, hematology, coagulation, analytical toxicology, organization and management of laboratories, and molecular diagnostics.

Outcome

Upon completion, participants gain additional theoretical and practical knowledge, enabling them to continue their specialist training. They also acquire skills to follow and critically evaluate professional literature, maintaining their level of competence.
