BIM Education and buildingSMART Professional Certification

The BIM education and buildingSMART professional certification program is designed to introduce participants to the principles of working in a BIM environment. The program covers topics such as:

• Basic understanding of the BIM concept and basic terms
• Status of BIM application in the world
• Advantages of BIM application
• Procurement and delivery of BIM projects
• Open BIM standards
• Implementation of BIM at the national, organizational, and project level The program consists of three days of lectures and ends with a formal exam. Upon passing the exam, participants receive an official buildingSMART International certificate, which demonstrates their knowledge in the field of BIM.
