Course Description

An introduction to financial accounting is provided within the context of business transactions and decisions. This course serves as a broad introduction to using accounting information from the user's perspective, with little emphasis on traditional debits, credits, journal entries, and ledgers. The focus is on preparing and understanding financial statements.

• Prerequisites: Students with a CSCE career need permission to take Graduate Level Courses.
• Special Notes: If not currently matriculated in a Manning School of Business program, permission to take courses is required.
