Program Overview
Business Administration, MBA Overview
The MBA program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of business principles and practices. The program is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and is designed to prepare students for leadership roles in business and industry.
Admission Requirements
Students are admitted to the MBA program separately, and admission requirements are consistent with those specified by the UWM Graduate School and the MBA program. Application deadlines vary by program, and other important dates and deadlines can be found through the One Stop calendars.
Credits and Courses
Students accepted into the MBA program complete the following courses:
- BUS ADM 701: Financial Management (3 credits)
- BUS ADM 703: Marketing Management (3 credits)
- BUS ADM 705: Organizational Behavior (3 credits)
- Electives: Select 12 additional credits within the MBA program
- Electives: Select 12 additional credits with the consent of the student's advisor
- Total Credits: 33
Additional Requirements
No additional requirements are specified beyond the completion of the required and elective courses.
