Program Overview

Introduction to the Program

The China University of People's Finance and Economics offers a comprehensive program for high-level management personnel of listed companies, known as the "Listed Company Board Secretary and Senior Management Course." This program aims to equip board secretaries with a comprehensive and systematic professional knowledge framework and strategic thinking, enabling them to solve practical problems in their work and become outstanding board secretaries.

Course Overview

The course is designed to help board secretaries establish a comprehensive and systematic professional knowledge framework and strategic thinking. Through reflection, learning, private meetings, and tutoring, the course helps board secretaries solve practical problems in their work. The program consists of five modules, each lasting three days, with a total duration of 22 days.

Course Modules

• Board Secretary Professional Ability Building: This module focuses on the development of professional abilities, including leadership, career development, and essential legal knowledge.
• Board Secretary Financial and Tax Ability Building: This module covers financial analysis, management decision-making, and tax management.
• Company Listing Preparation: This module prepares students for the listing process, including private equity investment, business planning, and registration.
• Listed Company Operations: This module explores the operations of listed companies, including capital operations, enterprise capital development, and mergers and acquisitions.
• Company Governance and Three Meetings Operations: This module delves into company governance, shareholder meetings, board meetings, and supervisory board operations.

Certificate Awarding

Upon completing the prescribed courses and passing the assessment, students will be awarded a certificate of completion from the China University of People's Finance and Economics.

Tuition Fees
