Program Overview


Introduction to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Course

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) course, offered by the School of Business at Renmin University of China, has been in operation since 2012. This course is designed to provide insights into the latest marketing trends and tools, as well as share practical case studies. The curriculum is tailored to equip students with a global perspective, excellent execution capabilities, and solid professional skills, enabling them to become a new generation of compound marketing professionals.


Course Details

  • Course Duration: The course lasts for 1 year, with a total of 27 class days.
  • Course Modules: The course consists of 7 compulsory modules within China, each lasting 3 days and taking place every 2 months, totaling 21 class days. There is also 1 optional module in Japan, lasting 6 days.
  • Course Schedule: The 18th session is scheduled to start in June 2026, and the 19th session is scheduled to start in November 2026.
