The Official Letter and Email Writing Course: Enhancing Professional Communication Skills was held on June 30, 2025, at the UTM CDex Meeting Room. The course was fully attended by all UTM CDex staff and was conducted by an experienced lecturer, Puan Kuntum binti Md. Ariff, a Grade N7 Office Secretary from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, who is also a Young Language Officer for the Public Service.
