Program Overview


Kursus Penulisan Minit Mesyuarat

Overview

The Kursus Penulisan Minit Mesyuarat was held on April 4, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Makmal Digital, UTM CDex, UTM Johor Bahru. A total of 12 UTM CDex staff members, comprising grades N11 N32 and B29, participated in the course.


Objectives

The objectives of the course are:


  • To strengthen the method of writing meeting minutes according to the official government format.
  • To assist in preparing meeting minutes according to the standard format based on the latest Pekeliling Perkhidmatan.
  • To increase knowledge and understanding of systematic and quality meeting minute writing.
  • To increase participants' awareness of the importance of professionalism and integrity in writing official government documents.

Course Modules

The course consists of three modules:


  1. Modul 1: Pengenalan Pengurusan Mesyuarat - Introduction to Meeting Management
  2. Modul 2: Penulisan Minit Mesyuarat - Writing Meeting Minutes
  3. Modul 3: Latihan Penulisan Minit Mesyuarat - Meeting Minute Writing Practice

In Modul 3, participants were divided into two groups and given practice in preparing meeting minutes according to the format presented during the course. This practice aimed to assess participants' understanding and application of systematic and effective meeting minute preparation steps to achieve high productivity and goal attainment.
