Program Overview

The Winter Writing Retreat is an event hosted by Writing Across URI, now housed in ATL, where all writers are invited to join and work on their academic articles, grant proposals, or creative projects.

Program Details

• The retreat will be held on Friday, February 27th from 9 AM 3 PM.
• It will take place in the Large Conference Room of the Coastal Institute, overlooking Narragansett Bay, which is located in Building #6 on the map.
• Participants are required to bring their laptop and other necessary materials, as well as their own lunch and snacks.
• Coffee and tea will be provided by the hosts.
• The program is flexible, allowing participants to join for an hour or stay for the entire day.

Participation Requirements

• Participants will be asked to check in with a brief statement of their writing goal.
• Upon completion, they will be asked to check out with a brief statement of what they accomplished.
