Specializations and Tracks

The Master of Social Work program offers two specializations: Micro Practice and Leadership, Mezzo, and Macro Practice (LMMP). Each specialization has several tracks, including:

Admission Requirements

Admission to the Accelerated Bachelor's/Master's program in Social Work requires:


  • A declared undergraduate major in Social Work
  • Completion of approximately 90 credit hours
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • A minimum major GPA of 3.0
  • Completion of designated coursework for evaluation of student readiness in their discipline
