Program Overview

Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences

The clinical practicums are a vital part of the student's educational experience. During this time, the student transitions from didactic lectures and student laboratories to learning to function in the clinical laboratory. They receive training in all disciplines in the laboratory and become a healthcare professional and part of the healthcare team. Dedicated clinical instructors in each discipline teach them, mentor them, and serve as role models.
