Health Sciences

The Health Sciences concentration is designed to provide students with essential knowledge of health sciences in relation to public health, diseases prevention, and nutrition. The programme aims to equip students with a broad spectrum of health sciences knowledge and skills, including:

• Examining the relationship among food safety, environmental health, toxicology, and human health
• Acquiring basic skills in handling nutraceuticals, pills, supplements, and health systems for prevention and treatment of diseases
• Equipping students with nutrition knowledge used in the health-related industry
• Gaining essential skills and practical exposure through internships in community NGOs and hospitals
