Program Overview


Introduction to the Psychology Program

The Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Psychology is a four-year full-time undergraduate program offered by the College of International Education, Hong Kong Baptist University. This program is designed for holders of Associate Degree (AD) or Higher Diploma (HD) who wish to pursue psychology as their field of study.


Program Features

Admission Requirements

To be eligible for admission, candidates should hold:


  • An Associate Degree (AD) from any recognized institution
  • A Higher Diploma (HD) from any recognized institution Candidates with equivalent qualifications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Tuition Fees

The tuition fees for the program are:


  • Local students: HKD90,750 per year
  • Non-local students: HKD106,590 per year

Financial Assistance

Full-time local students may apply for the Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP) and the Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS). Some courses offered by the program are eligible for reimbursement under the Continuing Education Fund (CEF).
