The Advanced Diploma in Business Management is a comprehensive program designed to provide students with advanced skills and knowledge in business management. The program aims to equip students with an integrated understanding of the Hong Kong business environment, synthesizing business knowledge while cultivating essential managerial capabilities to develop students as business professionals.

Academic Recognition

Graduates of the Advanced Diploma in Business Management can further their studies to the Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management with Organisational Psychology offered by Edinburgh Napier University.

Award

Students who have obtained a passing grade in each course will be awarded the Advanced Diploma in Business Management.

Fees

The application fee is HK$150 (non-refundable), and the tuition fee is HK$43,040 (payable in six installments).

Course Schedule and Venue

Classes will be held on weekday evenings (normally two classes per week) at SCE Learning Centres.

Minimum Admission Requirements

The minimum admission requirements are:

• Level 2 in five HKDSE subjects, including English and Chinese (and up to two APL subjects) or equivalent
• Successful completion of Diploma Yi Jin
• Holder of a relevant School of Continuing Education (SCE) Diploma or Certificate or other equivalent non-SCE qualifications
• Aged 21 or above, preferably with three years' relevant work experience

Application Procedure

Applicants may submit their applications through the online system or by hard-copy submission by mail or in-person.

Exemption and Transfer of Credit

Students can apply for Credit Transfer/Exemption under certain conditions. The maximum exemption and credit transfer is limited to half of the total number of program hours for programs of Levels 1 to 2, and one quarter of the total number of program hours for programs of Level 3 or above.
