Tuition Fees
The tuition fees for the programs are as follows:
- UGC-funded:
- AY2026/27: HK$47,000 (approximately US$6,000)
- AY2027/28: HK$49,500 (approximately US$6,300)
- AY2028/29: to be confirmed by the University Grants Committee
- Self-funded (Full-time): HK$94,000 per year
- Self-funded (Part-time): HK$47,000 per year
- Please note that self-funded students' tuition fees are subject to review.
Funding and Scholarship
The Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS) is available for full-time PhD study. The scheme aims to attract the best and brightest students from around the world to pursue their PhD studies in Hong Kong. Applicants for admission to the PhD programs via HKPFS will concurrently be considered for the regular research postgraduate programs.
