Program Details
The program "Gut gepr¸ft?! Grundlagen des Pr¸fens" is an online workshop designed for researchers and teachers at Bielefeld University.
Program Description
The workshop covers the fundamentals of examining, including preparation, implementation, and follow-up. It provides impulses and information on diverse examination formats and teaches participants how to plan these formats in a learning-oriented and fair manner. The program focuses on Constructive Alignment, which deals with the interplay between learning objective formulation, teaching event planning, and examination.

Program Format
The program is offered in a blended learning format, consisting of:
- An asynchronous pre-learned self-study unit (2 AE; 1.5 hours)
- A synchronous online event via Zoom (6 AE; 4.5 hours)
Target Group
The program is designed for teachers at Bielefeld University and participants in the qualification program "Professional Teaching Competence for Higher Education."
Certification
The workshop is recognized as part of the certification program "Professional Teaching Competence for Higher Education" with 8 AE for the expansion module (II) in the theme field "Examining and Evaluating" (2).
Workshop Trainer
The workshop is led by Sinika Sch‰fer, a state-approved logopedist and teaching and research logopedist (M.Sc.). She has worked as a therapist, teacher, and scientific employee at the Center for Teaching and Learning Services at RWTH Aachen University, focusing on university didactics and the further training and consulting of teachers. Since 2024, she has been working as an independent university didactics trainer at various universities.
