Introduction to the Strength and Conditioning Program
The Strength and Conditioning program at the University of Canterbury is designed to help individuals achieve health, body composition, and fitness performance goals. This program focuses on developing training programs that boost performance and recondition athletes towards their best.
What Will My Study Involve?
- Learn about anatomy and exercise science to measure physical performance, create and test training methods, and prescribe rehabilitation and recovery programs.
