Philosophy Major

For the major in the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science, complete the following courses:


  • 100-level: Two 100-level PHIL courses (or above)
  • 200-level:
    • PHIL233 Epistemology and Metaphysics
    • Two 200-level PHIL courses
  • 300-level:
    • 30 points of courses chosen from 300-level PHIL courses
    • One course chosen from the specified options

Philosophy Minor

For the minor in the Bachelor of Arts, Commerce, Digital Screen, Health, Product Design, Psychological Science, Science, Social and Environmental Sustainability, Sport, or Youth and Community Leadership, complete the following courses:


  • 75 points in 100 to 300-level PHIL courses, with at least 45 points above 100-level
